This solution utilizes high-resolution X-ray imaging technology combined with CT 3D reconstruction algorithms to achieve non-destructive testing of internal defects (such as shrinkage cavities and porosity), with a density difference recognition accuracy of ±0.1g/cm³. The independently developed structured light scanning system performs full-field morphology measurement on complex geometric workpieces, achieving a wall thickness deviation detection accuracy of ≤0.02mm, meeting the stringent tolerance requirements of precision components such as automotive gears and bearings.
